We are also proud to be featured alongside some of the exceptional regional produce on the menu of many local restaurants and eateries.

It is important to us that we minimise our impact on the planet and future generations.

Where ever possible, we source our materials locally. Most of the materials used to construct our urban farm and the equipment we use are recycled or second hand.


We operate a 6.5kw solar split array and harvest rainwater, both of which account for a considerable percentage of our production needs.


Glass Fowlers jars are used to expand spawn and all plastic bags are washed and reused; and spent substrates are used to fertilise local food production.
